Achieving the Best Weightloss

Losing weight is the most common health goals, yet it can feel overwhelming with so many diet plans, weight loss strategies, and nutritional advice to sift through.

Whether you’re aiming to shed a few kilos or embark on a significant transformation, understanding the connection between diet, food, sleep, and health is essential. Let’s explore key aspects of weight loss, including trending tools like Ozempic, personalized nutrition coaching, and holistic lifestyle changes.

The Science of Weightloss

Forget about counting calories, that will never work. Or how many times you have counted calories, failed and then gained all back and then some?

You might be able to do that for one year? Two years? Five years? Eventually it will FAIL every single time.

Instead of that, I will focus on food quality with my clients. When you raise the quality as high as possible and eat natural whole foods, that will automatically take care of everything.

So cut out process food and seed oils, that will make losing weight so much easier. That will cause inflammation to go down and your body has better access to it’s fat storage. You will start burning fat instead of storing it.

Eat like our ancestors. Their food didn’t come in a box.

Below is a typical poor quality junk food, that Finns tend to eat. All cooked in seed oils, no nutrition value at all. Will cause severe inflammation and fat gain.

Ozempic – What is the point?

Ozempic, a medication originally designed to treat type 2 diabetes, has gained popularity as a weight loss aid in Finland for years.

Its active ingredient, semaglutide, works by mimicking a hormone that helps regulate appetite and food intake. People have got ”results” with it, but what are the risks?

It’s not a magic bullet what everybody believes. I have read horrible side effects and stories, some people have destroyed their metabolism completely with it. It will make you lose weight by losing lean mass and making your fat cells bigger.

So you will get lighter but your fat percentage goes up. You became a weak and fragile skinny fat.

My recommendations is to stay away from it. It is just too risky. Ozempic is like sweeping the problem under the rug, out of sight and out of your mind? Right?

Well, it is still there. Nothing has changed. You are just treating symptoms, the core problem is still there which is your poor eating style.

Don’t do it. It is not worth it. 

My solution for the best diet plan and weightloss

The best weight loss diet plan is one that suits your preferences, lifestyle, and nutritional needs. Us humans, we have only ONE correct way of eating.

It should align with our evolution and how our gut functions. We are hunter-gatherers and we will thrive when we eat natural foods.

Take a look at Inuits, Yakuts, Hadza, Nenets etc all those tribes who are still living traditional ways. They don’t have any modern human problems. No overweight, no medications, no heart attacks, no blood pressure. They live strong and healthy all their lives.

They are thriving and they are eating from the nature like all humans should.

So my solution:

1. Nutrient-Dense Foods: Prioritize natural whole foods. These provide essential nutrients and keep you satiated longer.

2. Eat for satiety: Eat when hungry, don’t eat when you are not. No matter what the time says. If you don’t feel hungry at breakfast, DON’T eat it. Learn to follow your body natural signals when it wants food.

3. No counting calories, macros or micros. The body will tell how much it wants food when we do two previous steps. Counting calories is a eating disorder.

Below nutrition client, who didn’t count a single calorie and ate when hungry. Results speaks loudly.
